It has been rumored for some time now that nothing is working on making a new smartphone. The smartphone may be the Nothing Phone 2a model, according to recent reports. The information was given on X (formerly Twitter) by tipster @saaaanjjjuuu. He disclosed in the tweet that the Phone 2a will be launched in the first quarter of 2024 this year. If put in other words, an announcement is expected from January to March of 2024. The flagship phone Nothing Phone 3 is planned for release in July 2024, according to the tipster.
But that’s not all the company is also developing a product that can be heard. He said that the company is also developing the CMF Nothing Buds 2 Pro, which are wireless Bluetooth earbuds. The TWS may be the straight replacement for the CMF’s Buds Pro, although the official moniker of these earbuds is still undisclosed. Thus, it might be a part of the Buds 2 Pro branding by Nothing from CMF.
Recent reports about the Phone 2a indicate that it may have a big 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a smooth refresh rate of 120Hz. A 50-megapixel Samsung S5KGN9 camera with a 1/1.5-inch sensor and 1.0-micron pixel size is part of the rear camera setup of the device.
This is combined with the ultra wide angle lens 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN1 with a sensor size of 1/2.76 inches and pixels with a size of 0.64 microns attached to this. The front camera features a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 for selfies and video calls.
