Asus ROG Phone 8 – Camera
ROG Phone 8 will feature a 50MP f/1.9 primary camera with an internal 6-axis hybrid gimbal Stabilizer. It comes with a 32MP f/2.4 telephoto lens, a 13MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view and a 32MP front-facing camera.
Asus ROG Phone 8 – Processor
The ASUS ROG Phone 8 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Users will also have the option to customize the phone with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The base model ROG Phone 8 also doesn’t sacrifice performance in many areas. Similar to the ROG Phone 8 Pro, it is supported by up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage and uses the most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
Additionally, the phones will use an Adreno 750 GPU to give the gaming phone vibe.

The ROG Phone 8 series comes with Gorilla Glass Victus 2, a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2448 (FHD+) resolution and 165Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The peak brightness of this phone is 2,500 nits.
Gaming features
As a gaming phone, it comes with features like AirTriggers that can be used as shoulder buttons while playing games. These are integrated into the side of the frame. ASUS also announced the launch of a new AeroActive Cooler X add-on, which will help keep the phone cool during prolonged gaming sessions.
Availability and Price
The phone will be released in UK and Europe in February and the price starts at $1,099.99 (approximately ₹91,500) for base variant and the top-end Pro variant (24GB RAM + 1TB storage) is priced at $,499.99 (approx ₹1,25,000).
US availability will be announced soon.
Improvement over its predecessor
Slimmer bezels, a 15% weight and thickness reduction, and IP68 certification are among the most notable improvements over its predecessor. This gadget is powered by a 5,500 mAh durable battery with 65W fast charging support. The device’s adaptability is increased with the support for Quick Charge 5.0, PD Charging, and 15W Qi wireless charging.
