Google Pixel 8 Pro image in Minty Fresh Color leaked ahead of launch

Google is preparing to announce the Pixel 8 Pro’s new color option tomorrow. The brand has spent the past few days hyping for the next color option release under the Minty Fresh nickname. One day prior to its official release, tipster Evan Blass released an official-looking photo of the latest Google Pixel 8 Pro in the minty fresh shade. We can see how the device looks in the new color all thanks to Evan.

The image leaked by Evan through his X/twitter post is the Pixel 8 Pro in the Minty Fresh color option and it looks like a real image of the device. The updated color variant’s back panel is a light green color.

Moreover, the horizontal camera visor at the back looks good in the new color. The front of the device is the image showing the app icons on a Mint Green background behind a Mint wallpaper. This suggests that in addition to the new color option, the phone will also have a personalized theme.

The official announcement of the Pixel 8 Pro Mint Green’s pricing and availability is expected to be done tomorrow. Just to Recall in October last year, the smartphone was launched in Sky Blue, Obsidian Black, and Porcelain color options.

The Pixel 8 Pro’s primary features won’t change based on color. It features a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits, an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, and a resolution of 3,120 x 1,440 pixels. It boasts IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.

A Tensor G3 SoC chipset with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage powers the Pixel 8 Pro underneath. It is operated on Android 14. The device has a 5,050mAh battery that supports 30W wired charging.
