Previous weeks Honor and Porsche Design declared their collaboration globally where they will both be working on creating smart devices between HONOR and Porsche Design now it seems like the first product will be a smartphone, as they are Honor teases with its first look of Porshe Design Smartphone
This is according to a post on X as well as numerous other Weibo posts from various Honor officials teasing about the new phone. The gadget in question is the Magic 6, but due to the collaboration between Honor and Porshe Design, it will now have a somewhat different look.
Except for the Porsche Design on the back of the smartphone and, the curved edges on the screen, the teaser doesn’t disclose much. There is also the latest Porsche 911 in the background to remind everyone that Porsche Design is related to the sports car brand, in case someone accidentally forgets. The backdrop of the Porsche 911 strengthens the link between Porsche Design and the renowned sports car brand.
It’s not something new for Porshe Design as Porsche Design has collaborated with several other smartphone manufacturers, including BlackBerry back in the day, as well as Huawei, which was originally Honor’s parent company until Honur split up and became its own company.
The Magic 6 is also likely to come in a variety of models, including the standard Magic 6, the Magic 6 Pro, and the Magic 6 Porsche Design. It will be exciting to see what the finished product looks like, but it appears like the entire unveiling will have to wait until January 2024, potentially during CES 2024.
