The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is planned to be launched in India on February 22. The key features of the phone have been slowly revealed through its landing page on Amazon India. The Neo 9 Pro’s battery size and charging options are now revealed on the revised page.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro wil feature a 5,160mAh battery, supports 120W fast charging
The Neo 9 Pro will be replacing the Neo 7 Pro in India, comes with a 5,000mAh battery, and supports 120W fast charging. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro will feature a larger 5,160mAh battery and support 120W fast charging, as shown in the image below. This 120W charger can also be used to charge other devices, such as phones and notebooks, with upto 65W of charging speed, due to its compatibility for USB-PD charging.
It has been confirmed that the Q1 Supercomputing processor and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which will give users an improved gaming experience, will be featured in the Neo 9 Pro. The phone will be offered in two storage options i.e. 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM + 256 GB of storage, as disclosed by the company.
It has been confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s camera setup would include an 8-MP ultra-wide lens and a 50 MP Sony IMX920 key camera which will have OIS capability. Other reports also claimed that the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, alongside a 16 MP front-facing selfie camera.
Though the price is expected to be revealed by the brand on February 22, estimates estimate that it may cost around Rs 35,000 (approx 0). The smartphone will be available in two color options for purchase: Conqueror Black and Fiery Red. The latter will feature a dual-tone red-white design and its texture will have a leather touch.
