iQOO phone featuring upcoming Snapdragon SM8365 in making, key details leaked
It looks like a new, cryptic iQOO smartphone is on its way to getting launched. A Chinese informant claims that the branch is getting ready to release a new smartphone featuring an upcoming Snapdragon processor. He Also disclosed were few of the new model’s important features.
iQOO Smartphone specs(Rumored)
The upcoming smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer was revealed on Weibo by a trustworthy tipster DCS(Digital Chat Station). The company is working on releasing a new gadget which could feature the latest chipset by Qualcomm. The puzzling iQOO phone was previously revealed to have a flat OLED 8T LTPO display with Full HD+ resolution. The Snapdragon SM8365 SoC is the chipset in discussion.
It is rumored that the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC is the processor in discussion. Take this with a pinch of salt, as this has not yet been confirmed. The upcoming iQOO phone could support 120W wired fast charging according to a leak. If this device is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC then there are high chance that it will have an Adreno 740 GPU for graphics, gamers would love this. The Cortex A720, Cortex A520, and Cortex X4 prime cores are supposed to be featured in the chipset.
Thus, there’s a chance that the chipset could also be from the Snapdragon 8 series. According to an earlier leak by DCS(Digital Chat Station), the iQOO phone will have a plastic center frame and a 5,000mAh battery pack to power it. A maximum of 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage could be used with the Snapdragon processor.
It’s also possible that it’s a smartphone from the Neo series, though this is currently only a hypothesis. So stay tuned for more updates.
