Redmi A3: retail posters revealed photo and specifications before launch

As the Redmi A2’s successor, Xiaomi’s Redmi A3 is getting ready for its formal launch and is anticipated to offer significant improvements in both performance and design. The smartphone has been spotted on several African retail sites before formal launch, revealing important specs.

Redmi A3 Design and Display

According to the listings, the Redmi A3 has a significantly different design from its predecessor. With its glass back and new round camera module, it has a look that is comparable to the Realme 11 Pro series. A 6.71-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 400 nits is anticipated in the smartphone. Black, Blue, and Forest Green are the three color options available on the phone.

Camera and Battery Specs

In the camera department, the Redmi A3 is anticipated to have an 8-megapixel front selfie camera and a 13-megapixel primary camera on the back. The device will come with a 5000mAh battery that can be charged by 10W charger.

Hardware and Software Specs

The Redmi A3 will be powered by a MediaTek processor underneath and is equipped with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and an extra 4GB of virtual RAM. It comes with 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage which can be expanded using a separate microSD card slot. The smartphone is operated by Android 13 (Go Edition), which was designed to function well in affordable smartphones.

Connectivity and additional specs and features

Dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.0, and many satellite navigation systems are supported by the smartphone. It still has a 3.5mm audio jack and can be charged via a USB Type-C connector.
