The Galaxy A55 boasts an astounding 1638 nits of peak brightness, while the A35 boasts 1344 nits, according to DxOMark’s tests. In contrast, DxOMark’s assessment of the Samsung flagship device from the previous year, the Galaxy S23, recorded 1600 nits. Therefore, mid-range smartphones reaching the flagship levels of brightness are impressive.

The exceptional color consistency of both phones in a variety of lighting settings and their superb performance when playing HDR videos were also noted by DxOMark testers. Additionally, the Galaxy A35 earned the title of second-best camera in its price range. In its price range, it outperforms especially in outdoor photography and video recording.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A55’s camera performance earned fifteenth in its class. Although the phone functions flawlessly in normal situations, there have been reports that it has issues with low-light conditions, motion scenes, and backlighting.

Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55 Specs and features

In terms of their specifications, the Galaxy A smartphone features a Super AMOLED display of 6.6-inch with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Full HD+ resolution.

Regarding performance, the Galaxy A55 is powered by an Exynos 1480 processor and has 256GB of internal storage in addition to up to 12GB of RAM underneath. However, the Exynos 1380 powers the Galaxy A35, which also has 256GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM.

In terms of photography, the A55 has a 5-megapixel camera, a 12-megapixel ultrawide, and a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS functionality. The Galaxy A35, on the other hand, sports a 50MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 5MP macro camera.

A 5000mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging powers both of them.
