Xiaomi 14 Pro won’t release globally, vanilla Xiaomi 14 price leaked for European market

Xiaomi 14 Pro wouldn’t be unveiled globally

The Xiaomi 14, the company’s most recent flagship smartphone, will be globally launched on February 25. The smartphone with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will start at €1,099 in Greece, based on a recent leak from Techmaniacs.

This is more expensive than the Xiaomi 13, which debuted at €999 with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM last year. Sadly, it appears Xiaomi isn’t giving out RAM as freely outside of China.

The remarkable 16GB of RAM is found in the Chinese Xiaomi 14 variant with 512GB or more storage, and it appears to have been lowered for worldwide customers since the leak indicates the 512GB variant only has 12GB RAM.

The leak also confirms earlier rumors that the Xiaomi 14 Pro model will only be available for purchase in the Chinese market. This is probably due to the fact that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be released by the company in addition to the standard model.

Xiaomi appears to be making a bet that buyers will choose between the base model Xiaomi 14 and the more feature-rich Ultra. Customers may find the Xiaomi 14 Pro to be a less appealing alternative as a result.

Furthermore, a new report claims that a unique titanium edition of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is being developed and this variant is only expected to be available with a 16GB+1TB configuration.

Xiaomi 14 vanilla model price leaked for European market

The titanium edition is expected to cost at least 500 yuan (~ USD 70) more than the basic model, which is likely to start at 7299 yuan (approx USD 1,000). There will also be a standard model with a 16GB+1TB option.

Nevertheless, flagship features like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, Leica co-engineered camera, and high-resolution AMOLED display will be included in both the vanilla and Ultra variants. As soon as any fresh information regarding the Xiaomi 14 series becomes available, we’ll make sure to let you know.
